After speaking with various people including clients I get the feeling that one element of the big day is missing…FUN! Don’t get confused between happiness and fun. I’ve never witnessed a day that hasn’t been happy but something that can feel is missing from some people when they are planning is including an element of fun (for themselves too!). It doesn’t have to be anything major or expensive but think of how everyone will remember your day and more importantly think of how YOU will remember the big day.

Thinking of a winter wedding? Well why not?
Weddings in winter ensures that more number of guests could attend your ceremony as more people could attend as they’re not on summer holidays and it’s also just a slower time of year (what better excuse to have a great celebration when the days are dull and short). All the wedding planners, photographers and caterers are easily available due to it being a quieter time of year, unless you go for a Christmas time wedding. You could pick a really cosy reception venue and have a warming winter theme as the table plans/decorations.

Such a beautiful and touching wedding. Matt & Nik have had a tough year so this was a very emotional wedding. Spirits were high as they celebrated the start of their married life and it was an honour to share the wedding day with them and capture the it for their memories.
